PLANTATION, FL | Charles Wang finished in 2nd place at the Web.com Tour's Q-School's Second Stage qualifying. Wang shot 71 to sit in a tie for 13th place after the first round of the Web.Com Tour's Q-School's second stage at Plantation Preserve Golf & Club. Tour caddie B.J. Pitzen helped Wang to the lowest round of the formidable, wind-riddled second round of the tournament with a 7-under par 64 to surge to the top of the leaderboard after 36 holes. Wang fired a bogey-free third round 67 to sit in solo second at 12-under 201 and one shot behind Chris Baker. Wang finished in second place after a fourth-round 70 totaling 13-under 271, but finished 9 shots behind Baker, who fired 16-under par in the final two rounds after blistering rounds of 64 and 62 totaling 22-under par 262. Wang easily advanced to the final stage, which is to be played December 10-13 at PGA National Resort & Spa.
